This camp is for players of all levels and abilities with a focus on skill development in a fun and safe setting. The objective of the camp is to provide excellent coaching in both Lacrosse and Soccer supported by a staff who understand the value of good sportsmanship.

Jebb Chagan & Motion Lacrosse Fast Break Lacrosse Camp for Girls
July 23 - 26; 9:00 am to 12:00 pm
Wilson Park in Wayne, PA
Intended for rising 6th through 9th grade girls who want to push themselves, Coach Chagan and his coaching staff of former and current college elite players will use a sophisticated combination of advanced drills, scrimmages and officiated games to evaluate each athlete for their strengths as well as their under developed skill sets and provide a customized training environment to take their game to the next level.

Private Lacrosse Instruction
If you are interested in a highly focused training environment our skilled and experienced instructors are available for one-on-one training or small squad instruction. Whether you are focused on learning to be a more accurate and powerful shooter, improving your defensive technique or honing your fundamentals our coaches can you help you take it to the next level. Goalie Training
If you are interested in trying goal or you are already a committed goalie, come work with Andrea Pfeiffer, Motion's Head Goalie coach and former collegiate standout goalie. Participants will learn all-important facets of the game from positioning and stick work to the tips, tricks, and techniques of top goalies.

Through it's Tournament and Recreational divisions Motion Lacrosse is committed to helping girls of various ages and abilities to reach their greatest potential as people and athletes while playing the game that we love. With an emphasis on quality instruction and self improvement, your daughter will receive the highest level of attention in a healthy and safe environment. Whether a player is just learning lacrosse as a recreational player or is already a competitive, experienced player with aspirations to play in college, Motion is designed and staffed to exceed your expectations. Lead by talented coaches who are always engaged with their players, Motion instructors hold themselves and their players to the highest level of sportsmanship and integrity on and off the lacrosse field. Motion Lacrosse prides itself on bringing together a team of professionals that take interest in creating a high performance culture that excels at getting the most out out of each one of its players by keeping it personal and knowing what it takes to get to the next level.
Motions Charter:
- Actively encourage multisport athletes
- Provide advanced lacrosse players the opportunity to play on tournament teams from 5th grade through 11th grade.
- Provide recreational lacrosse programs for all age groups offering advanced learning in a less demanding environment.
- Provide a safe and healthy environment for athletes and their families to embrace their passion for lacrosse.
- Enforce safe and age appropriate conditioning plans at all levels
- To constantly seek out and deploy innovative methods to enhance coaching opportunities and improve the Motion experience
- Adhere to US Lacrosse "double goal" and "Positive Coaching Alliance" (PCA) coaching disciplines.
- Provide a personal and rewarding experience for all of our athletes.
Motion Lacrosse Mission Statement:
- At Motion Lacrosse we believe that the love of a sport is the single most important element in an athletes success. More than any other component of athletics, it will provide the passion and internal drive to overcome physical discomfort, and self doubt and pave the way for discipline, self confidence and pride. The love for a sport cannot be given or commanded, it is simply born from mental strength, hard work, and most importantly enjoyment. Motions goal is to discover and foster what uniquely motivates each athlete and let the rest take care of itself.
Goals of Motion Lacrosse:
- Motion was founded with the goal of encouraging young athletes to play and enjoy multiple sports.
- Create a healthy environment where athletes have consistent exposure to high level positive lacrosse instruction.
- Prioritize the fun of the game and the love of sports.
- Inspire the appropriate mental perspective necessary for well balanced student athletes.
- Offer a flexible and disciplined program that actively manages the unique demands on student athletes and their families.
About our Two Divisions:
- Motion Lacrosse has two divisions, a Tournament division and a Recreational division.
- Motions elite Tournament division is comprised of teams in grades 5 through 11 and requires athletes to try out, and receive an invitation, each year for participation. More information can be found on the dedicated Tournament Team page.
- Motions Recreational division is open to all participants as long as they are current US Lacrosse members and does not require tryouts.
Motions Recreational Division
- Motions recreational division is made up of our very popular T/E Scoop program, Skills Clinics, Summer Camps and Playdays. Specific information on each activity can be found by clicking on their dedicated pages on this website.
- Motion Lacrosse immerses players in the sport, giving you the kind of focused, intensive, fun training that is essential to improvement. Every facet of the game is covered, teaching you the fundamentals and skills to become a valuable team player.
- Motion Lacrosse offers clinics for players of all ability levels, including beginners. Participants are placed into groups with other players of similar age, skills, and abilities.
**Any player participating in Motion Lacrosse activities or events must be a current US Lacrosse Member.
